The Global Partnership for Social Accountability (GPSA) is pleased to announce its first call for proposals. The call for proposals is open to civil society organizations (CSOs) and CSO networks based and operating in one of the 12 countries that have opted-in to the GPSA. The GPSA will fund:

• Social accountability initiatives and programs;
• CSO's institutional strengthening that will result in stronger institutional capacity to implement social accountability activities;
• Mentoring and capacity-building of less experienced CSOs, including on-granting.
